Although our products have a great element of handwork/hand craftsmanship, (Our products are perfectly imperfect just as we are as human beings, every piece is unique. There is a great chance that the actual product you receive may have slight differences in size, finish, color or style), If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a replacement or exchange.

If you change your mind within 2 weeks of purchase, we can offer you a full value credit to use for any other item from our website. If you would like a refund, we will issue a refund with a 20% deduction off the full price as restocking and admin fees.

Any item purchased from any exhibition/show or promotional activity shall not be returned. Refund/return applies to only products purchased from our website.

The return postage cost to be paid by the customer.

We try to minimize the damage during shipping, however if you receive a damaged item, please email us a photograph of the damage and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
